    要像豆腐一样

    最近有机缘听到不少尊者的开示。其中一位尊者讲到要如何坐直,也就是如何端坐。
    端坐,如果太绷紧,太多的压力会在腰骶部或两侧髋关节处,时间长了会出现背部不舒服。所以端坐的同时内在要放松。就如尊者说的:要像豆腐一样。直,但松。
    这确实是我一个大问题,因为整体的习惯思路等等,什么都是安排和控制中的,所以如何真正做到放松,确实是个大问题。虽然不能说听了这句话已经完全领会。但最起码可以时时问问自己,现在是不是豆腐状态。哈哈
