    自己做奶茶

    应儿子要求,昨晚给他做珍珠奶茶喝。

    珍珠米家里有。早上先把珍珠米汤煮熟窝在那里,等米变成完全透明状。然后去买了巧克力粉和乳酪。

    吃完晚饭,把已经是透明状的珍珠米和汤加热,然后放入巧克力粉,慢慢调匀,调的时候香味慢慢出来,好像连味觉也给激活啦,而以前喝奶茶时的记忆也顺便一起带了出来。这些在八识田里的种子看来还真不少。

    调好,再加入少许纯牛奶和乳酪,一杯醇厚的奶茶也就好了。

    味道确实不错。但也发现一个问题,外面买的奶茶要淡很多,自然是加了水的缘故。如果加水的话,一杯奶茶的成本也许不到10%,怪不得街上这么多奶茶店,原来是很暴利的一个行业。
